Velma and Mindy: The Perfect Woke Analogy

Our story begins in 1979.

That was the year that Vera Mindy Chokalingam was born. You know her now as Mindy Kaling. Her parents, Avudaiappan Chokalingam and Swati Chokalingam née Roy-Sircar, had just emigrated to from India. They willingly left a country where everyone looked like they did to come to a country of white people.

If you have to ask why they left India for the United States you’re really not paying attention to what life is like in India for most of the population. India receives the second-worst results worldwide in the Expat Quality of Life Index (58th) — only ahead of Kuwait (59th).

Growing up entitled, she went to private school and then attended Dartmouth College. This in no way stopped her from beginning a life of endless perceived victimhood. In 2002 she gained some notoriety by co-writing and starring in an off-Broadway play called Matt & Ben, a goofy reimagining of how Damon and Affleck came to write the movie Good Will Hunting.

Stealing iconic white male characters for her own advancement… a bit of foreshadowing?

Her big break came playing a character on the show The Office, a show created for British TV by two white men: Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. While it would be an overstatement to say the American version became a hit despite her participation, there is no denying that the three white male characters (Michael, Jim and Dwight) are what made it a success.

So what does she do with the wealth and fame she acquired in America?

She does what so many woke douchebags do these days; they steal a beloved children’s TV show (Scooby Doo), race swap main characters, change the sexuality of others, and use it as a vehicle for their own agenda.

Her agenda?

To attack white people. Specifically straight white males. The show is literally a thinly-veiled, relentless and racist assault on white culture.

How is the show doing?

Well, it took only two weeks for it to officially become the worst-rated animated show of all time on IMDb with a rating of 1.3/10. It’s Rotten Tomatoes score? 6%. According to Forbes, “a rare combination of anti-woke review bombers, left-leaning viewers who think the series is just plain bad, and Scooby-Doo enthusiasts upset by the changes made to the IP have made Velma one of the lowest audience scoring series I’ve seen in HBO history.”

People hate it.

But before you think that this will lead to its cancellation, let me remind you of how the woke world works. It doesn’t matter what the audience thinks about it. Woke programs are judged by how corrosive they are to white culture.

HBO Max has already confirmed that there will be a second season.

You read that right. HBO Max is saying a big fuck you to its viewership and allowing another season of worst-rated animated show of all time to air. Apparently there are never any consequences if you are woke enough.

To recap. Vera Mindy Chokalingam’s parents come to America to escape India. She attains success in a country built by white males, on a TV show created by white males. Then uses that very success to attack white males and the culture that they’ve created.

Sound familiar? Being completely oblivious to reality and biting the hand that fed her, while whining about being a victim the whole time.

Fuck the woke, fuck HBO Max and triple fuck Mindy Kaling.
